Lot Manager/Shuttle Driver Position
Quesnel Toyota is looking for a full-time Lot Manager and Shuttle Driver to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive people person attitude, have a love for vehicles, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
- This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts, Tuesday to Saturday.
- We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with lot maintenance. This includes organizing of the lot vehicles, readying vehicles for display, security of the inventory, lot safety, cleaning and snow removal, etc.
- Drop off and pick up customers from work, home, etc.
- Always keep the shuttle clean and fueled and ready for service.
- Moving and prepping cars that come in for service.
- Miscellaneous cleaning tasks around the dealership.
- Collaborate with supervisors and employees to keep the shuttle and lot operations running smoothly.
- Able to complete all work in accordance with the dealership safety requirements and protocols.
Education/Experience:
- Previous experience an asset but not required.
- Be able to drive all types of vehicles.
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers.
- Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work and an ability to multitask.
- A valid BC Driver’s license and current Driver’s Abstract is required.

Automotive Technician
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technician for immediate hire. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems, and possesses the motivation to tackle any automotive problem on the road. We are searching for an individual who values customer satisfaction and is motivated to provide a high level of care to our customers who "trust us with their car."

Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the showroom and lot, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate new or pre-owned vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, product presentations, and test drives.
- Clearly explain pricing, financing, and leasing options to customers.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends.
- Proactively follow up with leads, past clients, and referrals to build long-term relationships.
- Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Cleaning and detailing new and used vehicles; interior and exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment with managing of the detail team.
